What is the cost of shipping?
For all orders above Rs. 1000, shipping is done free of cost. A shipping charge is applicable to all orders under Rs. 1000.
- How long will it take for the order to reach me?
Please refer to the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for orders. From the time of shipping, it takes about 2-7 days to reach you. If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
- What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at support@ragafab.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
- My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order you can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges
- What is the return policy on RagaFab?
Most of our products are eligible for return and refund. There are some items that are made to order which are not eligible for returns.
If the product is eligible for a return, you may write to us at support@ragafab.com within 24 hours of delivery to request a return and refund. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging, and eligible for return only can be returned.
- Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?
You can return all items except personal care items (due to hygiene issues), gift Items, pop sockets, wall prints & frames, bottom ware, customized products (eg: lipsticks, fragrance, compacts, oil, mascaras, etc), terracotta pottery. Returns for these will be accepted only for damaged / defective products. You will need to inform us of any damages/defects within 24 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
- Serial Number is tampered with.
- Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
- Product is used or altered
- If the request is initiated after 24 hours of order delivery
- Free product provided by the brand
- How are returns processed?
Once you request to return a product via email or phone, a pick-up is organized for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received and approved by us. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated.
- Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. Please email us at support@ragafab.com to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.
**RagaFab reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
- How will I receive the refund for my canceled or returned product?
In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.
- How long does it take to receive a refund for a canceled order or returned product?
We will process your refund within 5-7 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.
- Can I return part of my order?
Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 24 hours of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.
- My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request a size exchange with the customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product. In some cases, minor size and fit alterations might be available for orders placed within India. Our team will try its best to help you with any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to return the product instead.
