- Cancellation Policy
1.1 Order Cancellation Before Shipping (Only valid on orders placed & delivery in India):
Customers can request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Send an email to our customer support team at support@ragafab.com to cancel your order along with your order ID details. Or call us on +91 62912 22907(Monday to Saturday, 8AM to 10PM and Sunday, 10AM to 7PM) to request cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
1.2 Cancellation After Shipping:
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy (Section 2).
- Returns and Exchanges
2.1 Return Eligibility:
We accept returns within 24 hours from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Any item not in its original condition or damaged due to customer misuse will not be eligible for a return.
2.2 Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
Serial Number is tampered with.
Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
Product is used or altered
If request is initiated after 24 hours of order delivery
Free product provided by brand
2.3 Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@ragafab.com or call us on +91 62912 22907(Monday to Saturday, 8AM to 10PM and Sunday, 10AM to 7PM). Our team will guide you through the return process, provide a return authorization, and offer instructions on how to return the item.
2.4 Refund or Exchange:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Exchanges for a different product or size may also be arranged.
2.5 Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on returning the item and offer a replacement or refund.
